TED presenters are known for posing intriguing questions. NASA is known for inventive solutions. Together, in TEDxNASA, they create a vehicle for discovery, an opportunity for exposure to new ideas and a revisiting of traditional ideas from a new perspective.
In What Matters Next, each video, expert and performer will deliver a powerful message relating to the essential challenges of our time. Each will contribute a core idea worth spreading. And yet, like last year, the experience when taken as a whole will be magical -- so much more than a mere sum of its parts.
Your imagination will be piqued from the moment you walk up to the pathway to the building’s entry. Entering the lobby will be like wandering into a wonderland filled with cutting-edge exhibits to elicit curiosity and tantalize the senses. Presenters are unconventional. Their presentations are extraordinary, quick and varied, while still relating to the conference theme. Engaging audience discussions are built into the program, in the belief that attendees from a variety of backgrounds with diverse expertise will come together, and unique solutions will emerge.
Those who attended our inaugural program last November vowed to return and bring all of their friends. There are only 1650 seats available for this exciting event. We look forward to including you in the adventure. Join us at the Ferguson Center for the Arts on Thursday, November 4, for TEDxNASA 2010 What Matters Next.
